يعرّف كل وكيل بنفسه كمساعد آلي، وإرشاده لا يغني عن المرشد البشري.

2. النطاق

يجيب الوكلاء ضمن التخصصات والمسارات المهنية والمقاييس والجلسات والسيرة الذاتية واستخدام المنصة فقط.

3. السجل

تُحفظ التفاعلات دائمًا في سجل المنصة وتُراجع عيّنة شهرية منها لضبط الانضباط.
