The dual-guidance model
A counselor accredited by the association reads your results with you, with your consent, and approves the session summary; an AI advisor bound to the association's knowledge gives initial guidance and refers you to the counselor whenever your decision needs a human. Neither replaces the other.
Human counselor
A booked remote session, results shared with your consent, and an approved summary afterwards.
AI advisor
Answers from the association's knowledge, shows its sources, and declines anything outside the platform's scope.
